Following the successful conclusion of my ‘Save Rock Park Bridge (Barnstaple) campaign, I gave Devon County Council fair warning that I was going to start hassling them about the mess that the Executive, Cabinet and Highways directorate have made of our roads - because I really don’t accept the tired mantra “there’s insufficient government funding”.
